The mikvah is available for women every evening by reservation only. To make a private appointment to use the mikvah, email [email protected] or text or Whatsapp Mrs. Chaya Slonim at (504) 405-7784, or reach out directly to the attendant on duty. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
LOCATION
Mikvah Chaya Mushka is discreetly located behind Chabad House Uptown, 7037 Freret St, New Orleans LA 70118. There is parking available in a parking lot behind Chabad at 1019 Audubon Street.
PAYMENT
Please consider becoming a Mikvah supporting member. The membership fee is $299 per calendar year and members receive a one-year mikvah pass. Click here to become a Supporting Member.
Pay-As-You-Go fee is $30.00 (cash/check/Venmo @mikvahnola).
Donations are appreciated! We rely on donations to keep our mikvah sparkling clean, well-maintained, and for community education. Thank you for your support. Click here to donate.
Bridal mikvah fee is $50 (cash/check/Venmo @mikvahnola).
ATTENDANT SCHEDULE
Our attendants are volunteers. Please be sure to contact at least 2 days ahead of your appointment.
There is a $5 additional fee for same day reservations.
We kindly ask that you complete your preparations at home and use the mikvah for showering and final preparations only. If you require additional time or have special circumstances that require full preparation at the mikvah, please inform the attendant in advance of your appointment.
