On Thursday, Sep.1, Rabbi Zelig Rivkin addressed a crowd of Jewish Houstonians, as well as New Orleans evacuees, at a Prayer Service in the Chabad of Texas synagogue. After the service, Rabbi Rivkin met with members of his shattered community.
