Project Talmud
Held quarterly, Project Talmud is a two hour learning experience that usually incorporates an hour long lecture on a topic of general interest and then a choice of classes for the second hour. The class topics range from the mystical - Kabbalistic insights to an area within Judaism, to the practical - a how-to lesson on a Mitzvah or holiday, to the historical - a biography of a significant figure in Jewish history or an analysis of an important era or event in Jewish history.
The theme of the program often corresponds with an upcoming holiday. At times, however, the topics are not themed but rather address issues of interest.
